Shipping Policy

Delivery

Aplava delivers currently within India. We deliver to over 4000 pincodes within India. However, we do not cater to customers outside India

Rates:

We provide Free delivery for the following order amounts in India: Orders of Rs. 999 & above. Below that amount fixed Delivery charges of Rs 50 is applicable per order. These rates may vary as per company policy changes.

Delivery Address:

Make sure to provide accurate city, state/province, and zip/postal code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you’re shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typographical can result in errors in this section. After your order ships, delivery times may vary, according to the location of your delivery address.
Products are inspected prior to shipping and carefully packed to ensure no damage occurs during transit. We use the best possible method to ensure you receive products as new and fresh as we stock in our warehouse. Should you receive a damaged product, please contact us at contact@aplava.com.

Re-delivery:

If our courier partners have attempted to deliver your order but you or your representative was not present to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. The courier personnel will leave a note stating the time and date of his visit and also his contact no. For you to schedule a re-delivery or collect the shipment directly from there designated office in your vicinity.
Re-delivery is not charged. However, if our courier partner is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Aplava. Should you face such a situation, please contact us at contact@aplava.com. Re-delivery charges as applicable then would be charged to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 10-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased, as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on aplava.com.
  • If you have suffered from an allergic reaction, please send us a detailed description of what occurred along with pictures. Aplava will communicate this immediately to the brand to help find an appropriate solution. Please note, in certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested.
  • We do not accept returns if you changed your mind about a product.

Returns process:

  • Please email us at contact@aplava.com with your order number and information on the affected item.
  • Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order.
  • Once we have received your package, your refund plus any duties or taxes will be issued in the original payment method within 7 business days. Any store credits used will populate back to your account immediately.
  • If you have suffered from an allergic reaction, please send us a detailed description of what occurred along with pictures. Aplava will communicate this immediately to the brand to help find an appropriate solution. Please note, in certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested.
  • Full refunds are only offered in exceptional circumstances.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you want.

If you would like to exchange your item(s):

  • Please email us at contact@aplava.com with your order number and information on the affected item.
  • Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order.
  • Once we have received your package, we will process a store credit to your profile which will appear on your account immediately.
  • If you have suffered from an allergic reaction, please send us a detailed description of what occurred along with pictures. Aplava will communicate this immediately to the brand to help find an appropriate solution. Please note, in certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested.
  • You can also place an order in parallel for the new items needed, and the same shall be shipped to you as per our delivery process.
